About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Ragasha Experiences website. Specific booking conditions for any trip, retreat or event are set out in the quotation and written confirmation we send you.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry, filling in a form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not book, reserve or confirm anything. A trip is only confirmed when you have accepted our quotation and we have confirmed the booking in writing, including any deposit or payment terms stated in the quotation.
Website content
Descriptions, sample itineraries and suggested activities on this website are for inspiration and guidance. They are not offers and may change. Itineraries marked as samples are illustrative only. Seasonal access, travel times, permits and conditions in the mountains vary, and we confirm current details when we plan your trip.
Images labelled “Illustration” or “Demo” are placeholders and do not show actual Ragasha trips.
Prices
We do not publish fixed prices. Every journey is quoted individually based on your requirements. The price that applies is the one in your written quotation.
Weather and local conditions
Travel in Gilgit-Baltistan can be affected by weather, road conditions, landslides, flight cancellations and decisions by authorities. We plan sensible buffers and will do our best to adapt plans, but some events are outside our control. How changes and cancellations are handled is set out in your quotation and booking confirmation.
Health, fitness and insurance
Some destinations are remote or at high altitude, and some activities are physically demanding. Please tell us about any health conditions that may affect your trip and speak to your doctor before travelling. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers your planned activities, including high-altitude trekking and evacuation where relevant.
Third-party services
Some services, such as facilitators, wellness professionals, photographers, decorators or caterers, are provided by independent professionals or suppliers. Where we coordinate them for you, their services are described in your quotation.

Please don't misuse this website, attempt to access areas that are not public, or submit false or automated enquiries. The website's design, text and images belong to Ragasha Experiences or are used with permission.
